Returns and refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Return Eligibility:

  • Unused and Unopened: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team at [email protected] to initiate a return.
  2. Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  3. Refund: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Exceptions:

  • Personalized Items & Gift Cards: Personalized items, such as custom fragrances or engraved products, are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Soothing Lotion Candles: Return can be authorized if the product was damaged in shipping due to negligent packaging. Please provide photos of packed item and item with damage.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy guidelines.
