How long until my package ships?

Our standard production time for completing a candle is 1-3 business days from the order placement date. However, this timeframe may vary based on the specific product you are purchasing. Many candles from our collections are often ready to ship immediately, offering a quick turnaround.

For customized options, such as our Specialty Candles and melts with specific colors and scents, the processing time may be slightly longer.

Rest assured, our commitment is to deliver a candle of the highest quality, fully cured and perfected before shipment.

If there are any instances where your candle may take longer to ship, we prioritize clear communication and will promptly reach out to you. Your satisfaction and receiving a top-notch product are our foremost priorities.

How do I track my order?

Once we ship a candle it will be in the hands of the carrier. We typically use UPS and USPS to ship our products. You will always receive a confirmation email on shipment and may also check the status in your orders under the Account page. If for any reason you are unable to locate your tracking number, please contact us right away.

Do you provide shipping insurance?

As a standard practice, we do not include any additional shipping insurance not covered by the carrier. This decision is aimed at maintaining lower overall prices for our customers. If your package indicates it was delivered but you are unable to locate it, we recommend reaching out to the carrier first.
